Hello Folks. 

We are Back From Belize as you know from our latest newsletter.  If you aren't getting it - Sign up - you are missing out. 

We have checked out the development and are very pleased with what we saw.  The marina is almost dredged and they are starting to bring in the retaining wall rock for lining the walls.  The boatyard is getting closer to being cleared off for setup.  We are now expecting that to be around November.    The focus right now is to get a Marina and fuel dock in to start attracting cruisers. 

When the boatyard is ready, the funds will most likely be there as well to buld the Wellness Bay.  We are also building a bed and breakfast on our 1.5 acre plot in Sanctuary.  There will be a main house and 3 - 5 outbuildings (depending on how many we can place comfortably on the property) for family, friends  and other guests.   It will be a healing and celebrational center for all aspects of life.

Marina Basin:  The Dredging has gone to 10 feet below sea level and is going down another 2 feet at the entrance and outlying areas for larger vessels. 



This is just to the right of the Marina.  Just right of the road is where the Boatyard will be and where the Wellness Bay will be built.
